Gabrielle was wide awake and alert when Nonna and Tex came to visit today. They got to see her with all of her gear off and Nonna thinks she looks like I did when I was a baby. Gaby really enjoyed seeing her grandparents -- she was giggling and making funny faces the whole time she was being held.
While we're on the topic of family, Gabrielle and Alaina would like to congratulate their Uncle Jason who got rave reviews like
this for his performance in his first show at the University of Florida. And since Syracuse and Tulane both stink this season, the girls say Go Gators!

So glad to see the beaming grandparents, although I will have to hear the real story of "How Tex Got His Name," because if anyone is less Tex-like to me, it's Tex!
How proud are your parents? You can see the joy and love in their eyes! They must be so grateful for their visit with you, Jan and the girls.

What do you mean Tulane stinks THIS year?
It's obvious that Nonna and Tex are in love with their two little angels. I'm sure they have Tex wrapped around their little finger already :-)
