Gabrielle and Alaina are 13 months old today! And to celebrate, we have some adorable pictures from our trip to the pumpkin patch on Sunday.
Jan was off in Omaha casting a potential series so I packed up the munchkins and headed down the Garden State Parkway to visit my friend Melissa and her two cutie pies Isabella and Ryan.
As soon as we got there, Alaina started tearing up their play room. She wanted to play with every toy and see everything.
Meanwhile, Gabrielle sat contentedly in the corner, eating her puffs.
How sweet is this face???
After wreaking havoc at Melissa's, we were off to the pumpkin patch. It was a gorgeous day and the girls were excited about a new adventure.
Here's Ryan, ready to pick the perfect pumpkin so we could hit the hayride.
I put Alaina down and she immediately blended in.
And once she saw the camera, the little ham started to pose.
Gabrielle was less interested in the produce and more intrigued by the hay.
She could have played with it all day long.
Here are my pumpkins in the patch. Getting them both to smile is a challenge these days. I'm lucky just to get them to look at the camera without crawling away!
Melissa's cutie pies are obviously much better at posing.
Alaina showed the pumpkin her Jack-A-Lantern smile...
And then she attacked!
Gabrielle decided to see what all of the commotion was about but really wasn't all that impressed.
So it was back to the hay for her.
Alaina gave the hay a try too, which equaled a huge FAIL.
So this picture summed up their day - Gabrielle played with hay while Alaina stuck to the pumpkins.
Here are all the kiddos:
They were all behaving until someone decided to get a little rowdy. And no, for once it wasn't Alaina!
Here I am with the monkeys:
And I have to end with one of my favorite shots. Don't they look like best friends? It's just too sweet.
Thanks Melissa, Isabella and Ryan for a great day! Can't wait to see you all again soon!
Love,
